As OP3, Cindy has been associated with the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration since 2018, and she also teaches in Diepenbeek.

Thanks to her experience as an employee representative in recent years, she is well-informed about various issues within the different segments and campuses of our university. Since 2016, Cindy has been actively involved in social dialogue, representing employees in the works council, the Staff Affairs Committee, and the Prevention and Protection at Work Committee. In the upcoming social elections, she will once again stand as a candidate to continue advocating for the interests of all employees.

Her core values include strong solidarity, collegiality, and promoting a good working atmosphere, with special attention to the well-being of all staff members. In our multicampus environment, she will continue to work towards maintaining acquired rights and statutes, and promoting a good balance between work and personal life.

Cindy remains the go-to person for all colleagues, so they can approach her with any questions or concerns they may have.

In her free time, she is an enthusiastic practitioner of equestrian sports.
