My name is Filip Laermans. I'm working as a lab manager at Campus Arenberg III Heverlee. As a young man in my early fifties and a father of 2 children, I try to make the necessary time for hobbies such as tennis, ping pong, badminton, padel, etc.

Since 2020, I have been a member of the Works Council and the Worklplace Safety Committee for the ACLVB. As a representative, I strive for a good, safe and, above all, pleasant working environment where everyone can feel at home! It is also very important to me that every employee is appreciated for his efforts and receives the necessary respect he/she is entitled to. A good work/life balance is also crucial for me!
